Graphic Design..in my opinion...

Well, for me graphic design is everywhere... it is an universal language, you don't need words to express, just images...and you will understand the meaning. You will find it in house decoration, in illustrated books, in products, in magazines, computer, buildings, publicity; every day you see graphic design. Many people think "oohh you study graphic design! so you are really good at drawing..:" ... and i just look at them, and think (Here we go....)

I read something and put it together to summarize what graphic design is:

Graphic design is a creative process - most often involving a client and a designer;

it is a profession that use visual elements to persuade people in general to buy stuff a graphic designer is offering; and you will not only find it in products! photography too..so it is definatly a form of communication.
